The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or any other form of financial deception to fund or exploit a tk1333 account.

• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the tk1333 platform by a person under 18 years of age.

tk1333 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions regarding account suspension arising from suspected prohibited conduct are made by the risk and compliance team and are final, subject to a formal dispute process outlined in Section 7 below.

tk1333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder themselves.
• A third-party responsible gaming request submitted on behalf of the account holder by a verified family member or guardian, accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. The investigation period is typically completed within 5 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any restrictions lifted.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of account closure for breach.

• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to protect your login credentials.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or by banking system interruptions outside tk1333's control.

Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before a result is determined, tk1333's standard policy is to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. This policy applies to live casino games, slots, and instant games.
